Do you guarantee a place on a tour if I just turn up at the meeting point?
No. You need to book online in order to be 100% sure of a
place. We have no cancellation charges so you can cancel anytime
within one hour before the tour starts so there is no risk for
you. However, on most of occasions you will be fine if you just turn up at the meeting point.
Do you offer tours only in English? Tours offered on our website except individual tour are conduct in only in English. We can arrange tour in any other language but only for
requests.
I saw that you offer “The Grand Tour of Prague” at a special discounted price - how can I claim this offer?

Where exactly can I find your tour guide? This is very simple. First go to the Astronomical Clock. This location is so famous that every one will be able to direct you to it. The Astronomical Clock is located in the Old Town Square (Staromestske namesti). Then look for a red umbrella and you will find our tour guide waiting for you there.
Free tour questions.
The free tour is offered by Prague Airport Transfers and is not provided by Red Umbrella Walks. Our tour guide will be there and holding a red umbrella with our company logo. Please do not confuse this tour with the "The Grand Tour of Prague" as this tour is not free but only discounted. All information and a map of where to meet our tour guide are also printed on the transport voucher.
Are all your walks wheelchairs friendly?
All walks can be organized for persons on the wheelchairs. But most recommended are: Old Jewish Quarter, Old Prague and (Ghost Walk) Medieval Prague as other tours use boat or tram transport.

How do I pay for a tour?
If you book online, you have choice to pay online using your credit or debit card,
paypal or cash to the tour guide. If you just turn up for a tour you have to pay in local currency.
What is your best recommendation?
One of our most demanding tours is The Superior tour of Prague. This tour is much recommended for everyone who wants to see most of Prague in about 6hrs. You will not regret, we promise.
Taxi transport to and from tour.
If you wish, you can book with your tour as well taxi transport from and to meeting point. This is very useful when your place of stay is out of the centre. You can order one way or return taxi transfer. There is a fix charge of 300 CZK for one way transfer from any location in Prague.
